By submitting an online application or resume to Brixton University, you understand and acknowledge the following:

1. If approved for a degree by Brixton University, you will be under no obligation to make a purchase or to pursue the degree any further. However, you also understand that if you paid an application fee, this fee is non-refundable regardless of whether or not you are approved for academic credentials.

2. You are requesting that Brixton University and any of its adjunct faculty members review your resume, transcripts, and any other information you submit to us in order to assess whether or not you qualify for the degree for which you have applied. This evaluation will be based on how well your stated experience and commensurate knowledge matches with the knowledge and experience required for your desired degree. One or more members of our assessment team will make this decision.

3. You are authorizing Brixton University to verify any and all information regarding your employment, education, and any other pertinent information you have provided us, personal or otherwise, and release all third parties from any damage that may result from furnishing same to Brixton University. Any misstatement or omission of information on your application and/or resume and supporting materials may be grounds for disqualification or immediate revocation of your degree and status.

4. If you do not qualify for the specific degree you are seeking, you understand that our assessment team may award a lesser degree or, alternatively, award you with a degree in a discipline they feel is a better match for your qualifications. They may also refuse to grant you a degree altogether, or only agree to grant you a degree pending certain conditions, such as the completion of further course work or experience in a given area. You have the right to petition any decision made by our assessment team. You may do so by responding to your evaluation letter with a detailed explanation as to why you feel that the decision reached by our assessment team should be changed. You may append this letter with documentation, references or other endorsements, as required. Brixton University will respond to such appeals promptly and fairly.

5. By completing this application, you are asking Brixton University to reply to your application with a decision using the e-mail address you have provided. Brixton University will never give, sell or rent your e-mail address or other personal information to any third parties. However, Brixton University may, at its discretion, use your e-mail address to send you information about updates to its program and/or other periodic specials, discounts, incentives or any other communication it deems necessary.

6. The World Distance Learning Accreditation Council (WDLAC), was formed as a division of Brixton University by its trustees to ensure the highest possible standards of academic excellence in curriculum design and operational policies in all University programs. Brixton University awards university level degrees based on life experience and former education both formal and informal. Brixton University programs are neither designed to, nor meet, any specific local, state, territorial, regional, or national licensing or credentialing laws. Further, Brixton University programs are not designed to meet a particular requirement established by any private association.
WDLAC the organization that accredits Brixton University, is a private, professional independent accrediting organization that accredits academic programs-specifically those in the distance-learning arena. The WDLAC has conferred accreditation upon Brixton University for our honesty and integrity in business practices and for the value of our diploma process. Note that this accreditation is not based on an examination of our courses or online academic studies. Brixton University is a private entity in good standing.

Brixton University makes no representations, promises, nor guarantees of employment or acceptability of transfer credits to any public or private educational institution. If I seek a Brixton University degree for a specific licensing, employment or additional educational purpose, I will first inquire with the association, governmental agency, employer, or specific educational institution to determine its acceptability.

I also understand that the information, declarations, and content of the Brixton University web site are the only authorized representations of the Brixton University.  These representations cannot be altered nor modified by writings, verbal assertions, or otherwise, from anyone, including authorized organizations, individual representatives, agents, administration, faculty, students, or graduates of the Brixton University.

I also understand Brixton University is accredited by the Euro Member International Learning Accreditation Council.  WDLAC is not approved and does not seek approval from any other accrediting associations or individual governments.  United States recognized accreditation is not applicable to any university registered outside of the United States, and is not required by some universities inside of the United States.  Brixton University is not regionally accredited by any association recognized by the Department of Education in the United States.  Brixton University has not applied for any such accreditation since it has no need to seek United States Government funding.  Nontraditional and nonresident international status universities, such as Brixton University do not qualify for such accreditation.  Regional accreditation is usually a concern only when transferring credit from one institution to another. Brixton University programs are not intended for those individuals who are beginning or continuing their education. It is better suited to those who have completed their education through life experience or means other than classroom attendance.

7. Neither your transcript nor your diploma will contain any indication that your degree was received from a prior learning or life experience program. Your transcript will contain a list of courses for which our assessment team has deemed you have met the equivalency requirements. The methods used to make this determination are proprietary to Brixton University and are never disclosed.

8. Almost every major State University offers some credits for life experience. These credits are counted into the total crediting requirement. If our assessment board concludes that a grade point average is appropriate for an application it may grant one. Customizing your transcript in this manner will cost an additional $50.00.

9.  Limited Liability
Applicant agrees that in no event, shall any liability to the School as the result of the agreement, or other circumstances involving the applicant and school, exceed the applicants tuition and processing fee which has been paid up to the time during which any claim deriving liability may arise.

11. Agreement
I hereby agree to the following: That all the information contained herein is correct and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that should any information submitted by the applicant be found to be false or misleading, the applicant may be dismissed from enrollment at the School

I understand and agree to all terms contained herein, and my submission by means of electronic transmission via the internet on the date transmitted serves as my authorization, also authenticates all declarations of my life experience to support my qualifications to be awarded my degree(s).

Brixton University and any or all credits granted or earned may be forfeited. That the applicant is eighteen years of age or older or has submitted a parental consent form. I have read and understand all of the above listed terms and conditions and that by submission of this document I agree to all of the above listed terms and conditions. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto executed this Service Agreement by means of electronic transmission via the internet on the date transmitted.

Brixton University is a legally privately registered entity and has agent offices located worldwide.
